Emily Garner is an attorney with Singh Law Firm. Emily’s primary practice areas include complex commercial litigation, mergers and acquisitions, international and domestic arbitration, corporate compliance, and securities.
Since joining Singh Law Firm in February of 2020, Emily has represented clients in a number of high-value international arbitrations including arbitrations commenced through the Singapore International Law Center, the London Court of International Arbitration, the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, The Arbitrator in St. Kitts and Nevis, and the Swiss Arbitration Centre. In addition, Emily regularly represents corporate clients in a wide array of matters involving real estate development, cannabis, and contract law. With an eye for detail and a strategic approach, Emily is dedicated to finding creative and effective solutions for clients.
Emily attended St. Martin’s University where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2012. She began her career as a social worker, later pivoting to law and receiving her Juris Doctorate from Concordia University School of Law. While in law school, Emily received a CALI Award for her outstanding performance in Alternative Dispute Resolution.
When not practicing law, you can find Emily in the yoga studio, exploring the coast in her kayak, or nose deep in a beach read.
