Attorney Jaitegh ‘JT’ Singh is the Owner of Singh Law Firm with over 10 years of legal experience. JT is the principal litigator, specializing in corporate finance, including public and private offerings, broker-dealer formation, venture and private equity capital, mergers and acquisitions, and angel investments. His clients range from public and private companies to investment firms and individuals.

JT’s background in Finance and Marketing enables him to offer creative legal solutions and act as a business partner for entrepreneurs. He represents start-ups, mid-sized enterprises, and established corporations across various industries such as technology, biotech, manufacturing, and government contracting, guiding many through the transition from private to public companies.

His litigation experience includes foreclosure trials, employment and labor disputes, securities litigation, landlord/tenant disputes, cannabis law, and criminal defense. He has handled arbitrations globally and worked on numerous residential and commercial real estate transactions, as well as Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. JT also has expertise in international mergers and acquisitions, advising multinational organizations on US securities laws.

JT graduated with a Bachelor’s in Marketing and Behavioral Psychology from Nova Southeastern University and a degree in International Law from the University of Cambridge. He holds a Juris Doctor from Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University. He practices law in New York, New Jersey, Colorado, Florida, and Virginia and is a Certified Supreme Court Arbitrator.
